The service department of Cityscooterz is operated to ensure the safety of your scooter and all of our customers.  You can have the peace of mind knowing that your investment is in the safest of hands with our trained professionals.  We believe that if you operate a great business on a day to day basis by the same morals and ethics you started it with, customers will see professionalism and determine that their choice is clear.  Cityscooterz at no time will compromise our goal of 100% complete and total customer satisfaction.

Our current shop labor rate is only $60 per hour, and we provide free estimates for all repairs before any repairs or maintenance are completed.

About Us

Cityscooterz was founded in 2001 as an addition to our automotive business.  It did not take long to find out where our passion needed to be focused.  So by 2003, we shut down the automotive side of our business and moved to a larger building as we continued to grow.  By 2009 the Great Recession had hit.   The nation lost 7000 dealers – including most of our competitors.  But while others closed their doors, we survived because our customers stayed as loyal to us as we are to them.  The reason for that is very simple – service after the sale.  We have become known as the upstate’s campus transportation specialist mainly serving Clemson and Anderson University students.  Heck, we’ll even sell to a Gamecock if we have too.

To make sure we have a scooter for every budget, we carry a wide range of products.  If you want wheels, we’ll work with you to get you scooting.  Unlike internet or flea market sellers, we will be here to service every unit we sell.  It’s been a fun ride so far, and and it’s only going to get better.  We are proud to be the exclusive regional distributor of Adly and Bintelli scooters as well as Trailmaster karts.  We want to thank our loyal customers for a successful first sixteen years, and look forward to serving you in the future.
