Redcat Warranty-Purchases after September 11, 2006

ATV's up to 250cc - 1 Year Engine Warranty and 6-Month warranty on all other parts except for tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

ATV's over 250cc - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6-Month warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

Motorcycles - 6 Month Engine Warranty and 6-Month warranty on all parts except for tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

Scooters - 6 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, batteries, brakes and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

Karts - 6 Month drive train warranty only. Covers engine and transmission only. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse. 

Vehicle purchased online via a website.

This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping.  If a warranty part is needed, you should first contact the dealer that you purchased the vehicle from.  If you are unable to obtain your warranty through the original seller you should contact Redcat Motors directly.

Motorcycles under 50cc  /  Scooters /  Carts - 3 Month Warranty on all parts except tires, brakes, batteries and body parts. Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse.

We stock a wide variety of parts and if a warranted part needs replacement; you must first send us the part and we will replace it within 2 days if we have stock. If we do not currently have the part in stock, it may have to be imported from Asia, which could take up to 1-3 weeks.

Our ATVs and Motorcycles are very easy to work on and most individuals with a small amount of mechanical ability can repair the Motorcycle or ATV. If you are not able to handle the repair yourself, any local dealer in your area that services motorcycles or scooters should be able to do it for you.

This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping.  If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 3 days, or let you know the lead time for the part.  In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR AGREEMENTS: THERE ARE NO AGREEMENTS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT. REDCAT MOTORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF DAMAGES, OTHER THAN THE SUMS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY, FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL VEHICLES, PROFITS, OR INCOME TO THE CUSTOMER AS A RESULT OF A FAILURE OF ANY COMPONENT OR PART.
